I don’t have celiac disease. That said, does wheat effect my acne? Azelaic acid, a potential acne remedy, is in wheat, but I’ve also heard wheat can potentially cause acne, perhaps because the person is allergic or has celiac breakups (not me) or because it’s apparently not the lowest glycemic food.
