the seaweed products from the body shop are crazy amazing. i swear the first time i ever used it my pores looked nicer the next day. favorite one you use at night. AWESOME! i was putting it all over my friends faces to proove my point. haha try it out!

I’m using that Purpose cleanser from walmart.. I like it because it’s gentle, but it’s working suuuppperr slow to get rid of blemishes :[ I’m getting my parents to take me to a dermatologist before school starts again.

I’m on Epoduo, it works really well :3
At first it makes it worse, but if you stick it out for about a week it starts to clear up. Mine’s not completely clear yet, but for how bad I had it, it’s a lot for only one month of use. I use Cetaphil for cleansing and moisturizing.

SkinID is horrible it made me breakout more and made my acne redder than normal. The worse 40 or so dollars I spent! I use cetaphil [the face wash] its okay I guess.. >.>

if u start with proactive- (which is expensive)
then move to walmart imitation stuff
it will continue working
so it saves a lot of money

The things that worked best for me were Acutane (which is a really serious drug controlled by the FDA) and Murad skin care line for acne prone skin. You can get Murad on Sephora, but to get Acutane you have to go through a very lengthy process with your Derm doctor. But trust me if you have serious acne and nothing is working you must check out Acutane, just ask your Doctor trust me he/she’ll know of it.

I use the clinic 3 step thing and it works for me. Though i dont have super bad skin its more to make sure it stays ok. But i will deffinitly check this out!! I remember the add because hayden was in it :P

it does effect your skin, hair nails everything, anything uyou put into your body shows your health on the outside, if you eat junk food all day long your body will be lacking all of the vitamins and minerals that your body needs to keep your skin hair etc. looking it’s best
drinking enough water right there effects your whole entire body avoiding certain foods is hard but you dont have to cut it out completely just stay away from the major foods that contain it
